The Bradley County Schools’ physical education and outdoor leadership instructors are committed to the safety and well-being of the students. Nevertheless, parents and students should be aware of the added risks associated with select activities such as the top ropes rock climbing courses. Bradley County School District, its teachers, and administrators will not be liable for any type of injuries sustained in association with these activities which carry greater risks.
